Family Foundations

At AMICC the Family Foundations Counseling Program, established in 1993, provides professional counseling services for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families, as well as support groups for parents, caregivers and widowed persons. Life skills groups for youth and adolescents in our youth programs are also provided. Our therapists are available for daytime and evening hours Monday through Friday for the convenience of all who may request services. The program was developed for everyone in need of mental health support, especially those who are uninsured or underinsured, and our therapists are familiar with Manatee County services and able to make referrals for additional services whenever necessary.  Life skills groups for youth and adolescents in our youth programs are also provided.

AMICC provides these programs to families on a sliding fee scale based on family size and annual income. This is possible with the continued financial support of Manatee County Government, The United Way of Manatee County, and the generous support of our private donors.

To make an appointment, please call 778-1908 ext. 9208, or email rosearc@tampabay.rr.com.
