BOARD OF DIRECTORS EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE: Andy Price is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Island Community Center. A lifelong resident of the Island, he has 25 years of service with the West Manatee Fire & Rescue District and for the past 13 years has been Fire Chief. He is married to Lin Val and they have three children. Andy is the President of the Manatee County Fire Chiefs Association and President of the Managerial Association of Emergency Services. Allen Bobo is also Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Island Community Center. He practices law with Lutz, Webb & Telfair, P.A. in Sarasota. He is a member of the Florida and Georgia Bar Assocaitions. Allen has also been a resident of the island sine 1988. His wife, Kimberly, is a speech pathologist at the Anna Maria Elementary School. They have two children who have participated in the Island Community Cente's varied activities. Tom Breiter is currently serving his fifth term as Treasurer on the Island Community Center's Board of Directors and has served on the Board for 7 years. He owns Breiter Capital Management, a registered investment advisory firm located in Anna Maria. Tom and his wife, Kathy, have a 5 year old daughter, Nicole. The family has lived on the island since 1994. Tom obtained his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Columbia College, Columbia, Missouri in 1985. John Horne is Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Island Community Center. He becam involved with the Center first as an umpire for Little League. He joined the Board 6 years agao. He is a native of Florida with a business degree from Clemson University. He started in the restaurant business at Fast Eddie's Place as a bus boy and rose to Director of Operations. He retired in 1992, but "unretired" in 1997, opening three Anna Maria Oyster Bars with another future location in Lakewood Ranch.
